Hailey offers personalised run coaching programs for all levels of fitness from beginners to seasoned athletes. Whether you want to run your first 5km or you’re getting set to run 100 miles then Hailey can cater to your needs.

As a run coaching client you will have the option of a supported or unsupported program that is provided through Training Peaks online software. The supported package includes weekly check-ins with your coach and I recommend this package to anyone who is a beginner or who lacks motivation and needs that extra push.
