Hailey offers specialised Run Coaching Programs as well as 1-on-1 Running Technique sessions for beginner or experienced runners.
- Do you have a goal race in mind? Hailey’s run coaching programs are customised for each runner and take into account the runners previous experience, ability and goals. After an initial consultation (in-person or via Skye) you will be given a week-by-week program outlining each of your sessions, and you will have the choice of a ‘Supported” or ‘Unsupported’ training program.
- Want to improve the efficiency of your running? Hailey’s run technique sessions (60 minutes) take place at Barden Ridge Athletics Track.
