Hailey offers specialised Run Coaching Programs as well as 1-on-1 Running Technique sessions.
- Run Coaching Programs are customised for each runner and take into account the event (distance, terrain etc.), ability and time goal of each runner. After an initial consultation (60 minutes) you will be emailed a week-by-week program outlining each of your sessions.
- Running Technique Sessions (60 minutes) take place at Sutherland Athletics Track or Barden Ridge Athletics Track.
